1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TradeGuard, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. TradeGuard is a Chrome extension designed to help traders manage risk by automatically calculating R-Multiple values and blocking trades that exceed user-defined risk limits.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of TradeGuard per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose; attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in TradeGuard; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Disclaimer

TradeGuard is provided as a risk management tool and does not constitute financial advice. The materials on TradeGuard are provided on an 'as is' basis. TradeGuard makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Trading cryptocurrency and futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Limitations

In no event shall TradeGuard or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use TradeGuard, even if TradeGuard or a TradeGuard authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Privacy and Data Security

TradeGuard operates 100% locally in your browser. No API keys are required or stored. Only your risk settings are saved locally. No sensitive information is transmitted to external servers. By using TradeGuard, you agree to our data practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Modifications

TradeGuard may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using TradeGuard, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service. We will notify users of material changes through the extension or via email if provided.
